Hotel
As of March 1, the Holiday Inn Boston Beacon Hill will become the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill.
Wyndham will honor our agreement. The change will not affect us in any way except the phone number to make reservation. There should be a 1-800 number in place by the second week of March. To make reservations in the meantime please call the hotel directly at
1-617-742-7630.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill for $179 a
night, for July 18 – 21. If you’d like to extend your visit to Boston, we have also reserved a smaller number of rooms for 3 days before and 3 days after the event at the same price (Availability July 18 – July 24). You can grab 1 or 2 extra days, or up to 6 extra days.
Call the new Wyndham Boston Beacon Hill directly at
1-617-742-7630
Identify the reservation as “Thai Family Reunion” for our group price.

Travel
Boston Logan Airport is less than 4 miles from the hotel.
If you are flying into Boston, I would suggest NOT renting a car. Parking in Boston is very expensive, even at the hotel. It is much easier and faster to get around the city using the T subway line.
A few options for getting to the hotel would be:
- Taxi
- Boston Logan Airport Shuttle
- Silver Line to South Station, then Red Line to Charles/MGH Station
- Blue Line to Government Center Station
- Other Shared Van services – Once on page, please click on Shared Van Option, or click on tabs of other options available.
Notes on using the “T” Silver or Blue Line from Logan:
The Silver Line picks you up right outside of each terminal. I have used the Silver Line to/from Logan to/from South Station. As of right now, the Silver Line FROM Logan TO South Station is free. I will keep you up to date if that changes as the reunion nears.
When using the Blue Line, you must take a free shuttle from your terminal to “Airport Station” where you would then pick up the Blue Line. I have never used the Blue Line from Logan.
T fares for the Red Line, Blue Line & Silver Line(from South Station to Logan) are $2.50 each.
